By accessing or using MedusaJobs.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MedusaJobs. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Platform Role

MedusaJobs serves as a specialized marketplace connecting Medusa.js talent (Developers and Agencies) with Employers. We facilitate the introduction but are not a party to any subsequent employment or service contracts between users.

Our role is limited to providing the technical infrastructure for job discovery and professional networking within the Medusa.js ecosystem.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Accuracy of Information

Developers and Agencies are responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date profiles. Misrepresentation of skills, experience, or portfolio items is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account suspension.

3.2 Job Listings

Employers must provide clear, honest descriptions of job requirements and compensation. Any listings found to be fraudulent or malicious will be removed without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on MedusaJobs, including logos, trademarks, and the site design, is the property of MedusaJobs or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the content they post (profiles, job descriptions) but grant MedusaJobs a non-exclusive license to display this content on the Platform.

5. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Platform or the Medusa.js community.
